Norma obtained her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Chapman University. She is the owner and manager and has over 10 years of progressive Tax Preparation experience. Before taking over the family business full-time 3 years ago, Norma worked for The Boeing Company for over 19 years in Contracts Administration & Management and Leadership Development.
