Contactless Tax Prep Instructions

Drop off

  • Client is given an envelope wherein to secure their documents

  • Client is given a receipt to acknowledge with date and time of when to pick up

  • Client then comes back, picks up copies and pays for prep fees

Email

  • Client contacts us via norma@suincometaxx.com or info@suincometaxx.com

  • Our office then confirms receipt of documents or respond that we are available to prep via contactless method.  We also may follow up with any questions we may have.

  • Once tax return is completed, the client is contacted by email to let them know their return is done and to ask how they want to receive their copy (either email or hardcopy US Mail).

  • Our office then scans and sends the client electronic copies of the signature pages with instructions on how to scan and sign their documents via their phone or we send  hardcopy via US Mail and returned stamped envelope.

  • Client pays electronically either by Zelle or Venmo.
